basketball, a 0.5
kg-dumbbell, and a special
crossbar, will make their

Exercise 1: Lift up
your body with a ball

Keep your whole body
straight parallel with the
floor
Exercise 2: Exercise
with a basketball

Keep your stomach and
feet far from the floor

Lift up your body and
still keep the ball
standstill on the floor

Turn back to the first
position

Move the ball to the
other side and practice
again
Exercise 3: Exercise
with a crossbar and a ball

Lay your shoulder on the
ball, keep the whole body
parallel with the floor, and
hold the crossbar like in
the picture

Rise up the crossbar

Turn back to the initial
position
Exercise 4: Exercise
with dumbbell and a ball

Raise your arms up like
the picture

Fold your arms

Turn back to the initial
